Adventures in living a healthy, juicy life
by Cheryl Ragsdale
At some point, most of us run out of steam when we take on a goal.
We hit rough spots.
We need to break through a plateau.
We may be making all the right moves and attending to all the details, but still we wonder if we’re ever going to achieve new levels in our favorite sport.
Even with our best efforts, we all need an occasional kick in the pants.
This list is directed towards mixed martial arts fighters, but could actually be applied to any goal you’ve created for yourself.
If you like my plan, please share it with your friends.
Get some support! Going through the difficult stages is easier when you have a sympathetic training partner.
__________
My six point plan
to keep your game fresh
and your energy high
1) Timing is everything. Don’t wait too long to get started.
3) Be nice to your training partners.
When you trust each other, you’ll be more willing to take risks.
4) If you’re having a bad day, find someone to talk to.
5) Keep yourself neat and tidy.
Looking good will keep you feeling confident.
6) Never overlook the importance of a good night’s sleep.
You need your rest.

Hi Elmer,
Poor EggBoy! Listen to your mother and bust a move instead of goofing around – Lol! I find a lot of photos through stumbleupon. I like them better than digg or other social media sharing networks. Give them a try if you haven’t already. Every time I look at this page, I bust out laughing.

Cheryl does it again!!! Great article, luv the hilarious pics! Great advice especially taking care of your training partners! IDK how many people put outta commission (some for good) because people forget that these are our training partners NOT opponents! Keep the great stuff flow’n Ragsdale!!!

Hey Kudo,
Thank you for the compliment. These pictures make me laugh every time I see them. The artists took such care with the smallest detail. The cannibal peanuts look almost alive – lol!
