    Hi Cheryl,
First Cheryl don’t worry about your voice, I have a voice that when I answer the phone the caller thinks it is my hubby. Very deep voice. I just hang up on those calls. At least when I was a single parent and the kids needed corrected I did get there attention real fast. Everything has it’s advantages, so don’t worry about it.

Dancing in the car will when I need time to unwind I just put in my Bruce Springsteen CD and let go. You can hear me coming down the road and it feels so good. Makes you feel like a teenager again.

Congradulations on one year. Your making better head way then me, but hey that is wonderful. Very proud of you. Keep up the great work.
    Debbie

Yep, Cheryl, red is your color. Spicy and fun.

Has it only been one year? I can’t believe it.

Feel like we have been friends forever.

    Happy Anniverary!

PS Our voices always sound wierd to OURSELVES, NOT OTHERS.

      Hello Corinne,
Thank you! It does feel like we’ve been friends forever. Past life connections, no doubt. I’ll keep that in mind that our voices sound weird. Other people are used to how we sound. Another hurdle to conquer! :D

    Well Cheryl…what can I say…other than:

    1. Congrats. I love your approach to diversity. You have completed so much in a short space of time.

    2. Shy? Really? Never!

When I was 16 I set up a DJ business. I was known as the DJ who didn’t speak! I just played the records and didn’t speak in-between.

    Why?

Because I was so concerned about my voice…my London accent and the fact that there are some words I just cannot pronounce.

My DJ business didn’t last long.

Fast-forward 30 years and now I don’t care. I still have the same voice and accent. There are still words I cannot pronounce…but I don’t care.

    I am me.

Do the same. The vast, vast majority of people will love your accent. Honestly, you will not regret it…I promise!

      Hello Andrew,
Thank you! You understand perfectly what I’m talking about. I shall push forward as you have done and stop worrying about what I sound like. I love your London accent, mate! Some day, we’ll get together and have a party with you spinning some old-skool discs and doing a London-Rap as the DJ :D

Hi TGIF-Cheryl, congratulations on your first bloggingvlogging b’day!!! Way to go – cannot see other than continued success and explosive growth in your online future. That you are shy you must say, otherwise people would never know. However, that you are honest, you need not tell. Your number of total views – 24,995 (as opposed to 25,001) – says it for you … lol
PS. Love your bright red hat (looks like you’re made for each other) and your big-five-o quote. Your sparkle and smile are great – and most welcome – additions to this world we live in.

      Hello Beat,
Thank you! It’s the simple things – like basic math – that seem to escape me or maybe I’m just having a “senior” moment – lol! Always lovely to hear from you, my friend :D

    Congrats Cheryl!

I’m so happy to see you grow so much within one year. That’s inspiring and also helps me keep up with the challenge. I also noticed you have a new ebook out. Sweet. Will read it and see what I’m missing.

BTW watching over the videos, your successes, I see that you’re more than funny, you’re smart, beautiful and take challenges as they come like a warrior. Thanks for sharing with us your blogoversary!
