Many of you know how much I love training in Martial Arts. Finally, I’ve found an activity that I’m passionate about that keeps me healthy, entertained and constantly smiling. I’m challenged during each class to learn more and take risks.
As part of my plan to “Stay Young from the Inside Out”, I practice Martial Arts, I watch mixed martial arts fights and I eat, drink and sleep to ensure that I’m healthy enough to keep taking classes. Plus, I love hanging out with the guys at Florian Martial Arts Center (FloMAC)in Brookline, MA!
Speaking of FloMAC or flomac, depending on how I feel like spelling it, I often write about my adventures with the fellas of flomac.
