Adventures in living a healthy, juicy life

You know how much I love parkour, right?
What’s parkour? It’s called free-running. It’s a sport for people who want to take an adventurous route to wherever they’re going.
If you want to have Spiderman’s job, you need to take lessons in free-running.
Urban gymnasts. They leap from building to building without nets or any other safety device. Not for the faint of heart, I assure you.
Parkour requires special training and lots and lots of practice.

Yes, Jesus did it, but He had special help.
These guys in the video you’re about to watch (3:13 minutes) have truly figured out how to walk on water!
First off, you’re going to need some special shoes…
All the Cool Kids Are Doing It
Marc and Angel Hack wrote a brilliant post about what “walking on water” means to them. On a visit to the beach, Marc saw a little boy making valiant efforts to run across the water for as long as he could before plunging in. The young man struck up a conversation with Marc.
“Do you know how to walk on water?” he asked. “Like a superhero?”
“Well, I think I can help you out.” I said. “Let me give you a few pointers.”
Marc lists 9 important considerations for anyone who has a goal that seems impossible to achieve in his blog post called How To Walk On Water
