    Thanks Cheryl!
I love sleep and being happy. I just never thought about one being connected to the other. I did hear a radio commercial saying happy people are usually healthier people!

I think tomorrow will be a good day!! :)
    Thanks again..

It sounds so simple, doesn’t it? Laugh and Sleep. I can do that!

I try to practice sleeping early but work is really getting in the way of my efforts

You certainly have the right idea here. Your subject “How to Stay Young” has worked for me for several decades. I do health tips each week and good sleep and a healthy dose of fun are two of my tips recently. It works!

      Hi Sue,
Sleep and fun are available to everyone to ensure a long and healthy life. Thanks for reminding us that these “stay young” tips work no matter what age we are :D

I especially wonder the same if garlic would ward off complainers. Most likely, it would influence them more so I suggest instead fish sauce, that’s a Vietnamese delicacy mind you but to me, that has always made bodies leave. :P

    I’ll talk to you soon!

hahaha! Good one, Thu! Maybe I’ll start carrying a vial of fish sauce in my purse. Whenever I encounter a complainer, I could dab a little behind each ear. That would probably get rid of them. Probably, most people in the room would avoid me at that point – Lol! Good to see you again :D

I totally agree that laughing gives so much physical and mental benefits. I’d like to add that it is much better to laugh out loud than to just suppress your laughter.

A good sleep is something I’m having trouble getting. I often go to bed and spend a few hours before I can go to sleep. Sometimes, what I do is I try to stay up late as much as I can, and I only go to bed when I’m really really sleepy.

Oh my goodness, Julius! A few hours before you go to sleep? Hmmm…if I remember, getting regular exercise is something you’ve been considering. There may be a correlation here for you. Exercising has a way of relaxing us, regulating our breathing patterns and basically, wearing us out so we can fall asleep easily. What will you do to get a good night’s sleep and take good care of your health?

Gosh at the risk of sounding conceited I must say I am doing everything right and am aging quite well. :) I sleep at least eight hours a day and if I wake up early I still remain in the bed meditating until the eight hours are up.
