      Hi Karn,
I love Thai kick-boxing! My kicks are improving and I’ve learned to coordinate kicks and punches when sparring. It’s an incredible work out. Plus, it’s confidence boosting. Nice to meet you :)

        Hi Cheryl,

Awesome, I love it aswell! The cool part is the power comes from technique so anyone can do it.

Great to hear you are coordinating your kicks and punches a lot of people find it hard and end up focusing on one subconsciously.

I just started my work out to keep fit and healthy. Reading your blog gives me another option on how to stay fit and I am considering it. You look so amazing at your age, you don’t look like 50. You’re truly an inspiration.

    Hi Cheryl

What an amazing individual blog you have, I like individualism and we also have a few things in common.

I like to add a little humour from time to time in my own blog.

I used to train in Tae Kwondo but switched to Krav Maga 3 years ago because it’s a more streetwise method of self defence and attack.

It specialises in defence against knife and gun threats, there are no rules – just disarm and disable the attacker, which can mean anything you want it to mean – as I said ‘streetwise’.

Do you think they would let me in the ’60 athletes over 60 club’ as I am 65 soon?

I also love long distance trail and mountain walking to keep in shape – not as good as yours I may add!

I have put you in my Top Blogs recommended list in my own blog.

    I shall return.

    Regards

    Bill

OMG Bill! Krav Maga? You rock! Plus, you’re over 65?! I’m inspired to continue with my martial arts training. Whenever I start whining about being tired, etc. I will definitely think of you :D

    Hi Cheryl

Good for you! We all certainly need the inspiration to get out there and get healthy. I found Isagenix and love the fact that I can eat healthily and get rid of all the toxins at the same time.
Different things work for different people but just so long as we are doing something to improve our health.

    Best wishes
    Anne

    Hi Cheryl,

WOW, what an inspiration!! O.K. it is time to get up from the computer and get out there and do something. I don’t think boxing is my thing, I am hopeless at the boxing on WII Fit, so I think I might start with walking and see what happens after that. Thanks for your inspiration. I needed a good kick up the butt.

I will be back soon to check out you blog again.

    Take care.

I don’t know if I’ve already commented but I’m doing it again because I still can’t believe how great you look Cheryl. You’re an inspiration to us all and I know once I’m on that workout plan, I already know who to ask questions on positive, persistent physical conditioning. Thanks for sharing these awesome pics and information. I’ll be listening to that interview.

See you beyond the 100th comment!
