There is a philosopher that says exactly what you say. In his book about joy and happiness, he says that when we smile we need to feel it, because that’s the way we become happy. And when we are happy our mind goes really well and we get to see all the world’s greatness! I agree with every word you wrote and I have to say that I’m a living example of a person who is happy from the inside out. all these advices you give are useful!

I have really enjoyed this post. You are truly inspirational. I love that little garbage cartoon, brilliant. I want to put a copy of that up at home.

Nice article. If people would think of negative like this they would not allow it. If you are standing in your house and a friend arrives with their garbage and dumps it in the middle of your house would you let them? We would not let people dump garbage in our house, so why let them dump it in your mind. NOT SO MUCH!!

      Hi Debbie,
Well said, Debbie. Time to say “enough already” to the whiners and complainers. There’s so much else to talk about that’s more interesting. Good to see your smiling face.

Wow, great list of linked articles!!

I stopped hanging out with negative people long ago, and when I encounter folks with negative vibes now, I see what they can teach me about my own inner development and what I need to purify in my own soul, as per the teaching of Liara Covert.

And I try to stay off free-ways, or in the slow lane a full 2-seconds (as suggested in the Texas road-book,) behind the vehicle in front of me. No bad vibes while driving at all lately, whoo-hoo. No 405 here, but I-35 can be pretty dicey. Back roads better, anyway — more trees and flowers to see on them.

      Hey Jannie,
I don’t think that people realize that it takes effort to keep negative conversations and people at bay. It really is the difference between what it feels like to be stuck in traffic on the highway or gliding along smoothly on some back road noticing the local flora and fauna. Don’t I sound high-brow? I couldn’t resist. Is your last name really Funster?
