Hilarious! I think, in his situation, I might remind her that I’m still a soccer superpower, so if I didn’t want to be with her, I just wouldn’t be. Then I’d be single for a few games because that’s a stupid thing to say. Then the next time it came up (presumably with a new girl… I am Beckham, after all, and it won’t be too long), I would try to act all pissed off like I wish they’d get out of the way so I can see what’s happening on the court.
But I think he earns back a lot of points with Posh by being an awesome dad. And that’s a good way to go, too, I guess?
A final thought… there’s no shame in looking at the menu, even after you’ve ordered. It’s just when you start picking at food that isn’t yours that things get ugly.

Hey Cheryl, I bet Mr Beckham was thinking “That outfit really shows off her great figure, but she’s got nothing on Victoria!”
Victoria is thinking “Oh dear, this photo shoot is going to be on every social networking site in under 30 minutes.”
Did you hear about how the photographer who took this series of shots paid the cheerleaders to parade in front of David? No? Nor did I!
In any case, I try to focus on everything from the chin up when looking at another woman. It saves a lot of complications and it is better for relationships, with my own partner and the women I work with or meet during the day. – Michael

I know, in all Jobs, if you leave the crew unattended, the’ll slack off. But, infront of the Cutomer (FAN) is Bad. But to stand Between the Product (the game) and the Customer. Te funny thing is that it’s not just any girl, that’s Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice. She’s been on the receiving end of thousands, if not millions of those “looks” during her career as a Spice Girl.
