I just found this site and am totally getting a kick out of your website. I can really relate with you guys. I haven’t actually ever tried yoga. I am so gangly and inflexible. It would be really scary to see me try yoga. Maybe someday I will suck it up and give it a try.

Don’t miss our video accompaniment on yoga. This class just got away from me completely!

The corpse pose is SO hard to do, isn’t it? I’m pretty good at the, “I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Get Up” pose as well. So many to choose from. Just stay away from the bliss ninnies. They are LOOKING for converts!

In yoga, I do best the corpse pose — basically lying flat on my back.

The rest is a bit more…er… challenging (is that me in that drawing???!)

I’ve done a few yoga classes at the gym so my yoga experience is very limited, but I have enjoyed the “physical challenge” that yoga provides.

LOL. That sounds like yoga I could appreciate! I learned some poses from the Wii Fit program and was doing pretty well with them, but then put it down for good weather and working outdoors (gulp) a year ago. Guess I better get back on the board and get moving again.
